Contractors Wanted: Upcoming Home Improvement & Repair Projects in Miami-Dade

REGISTER NOW and Join The Miami Gardens Chamber of Commerce and SELF, a nonprofit green bank in partnership with Miami-Dade County, for a workshop on Nov. 10, 5 PM at the St. Stephens AME Church in Miami Gardens for contractors to participate in upcoming home repair and improvement projects in Miami-Dade County.

The workshop will enable contractors to join the SELF network and expand their businesses to more homeowners, inclusive financing model that approves borrowers based on disposable income, not credit scores to reach more low and moderate income (LMI) and people with low credit. There are no fees to join the network, no dealer fees for contractors and guaranteed, quick and direct payments. SELF will also show contractors how to utilize the Inflation Reduction Act’s new tax incentives and rebates to generate more business.

SELF finances sustainable home improvements such as impact windows, roof replacement, high-efficiency air conditioners, septic-to-sewer conversions and rooftop solar panels that lower electric bills and make homes safer, healthier, and more resilient. The workshop is hosted by Andre WIlliams, President of the Miami Gardens Chamber and features Juliana Orozco, SELF’s South Florida Program Manager.
