Green Home Loans (GHL)
Closed-end consumer financing for energy efficiency, renewable energy (solar) , wind and storm mitigation, roof replacement, water conservation and water-quality improvements, septic-to-sewer or utility connections, and disability-accessibility or aging-in-place modifications.
Kiva-Supported Loans
Lower-cost crowdfunded loans for qualifying lower-income borrowers or borrowers with limited or distressed credit histories, subject to Kiva and SELF program requirements.
SAGE Homes
Technical assistance and flexible predevelopment, acquisition, construction, and related financing for emerging, small, and mid-sized developers producing or preserving affordable and workforce housing.
