Do You Qualify?
To be eligible tor a SELF loan, you’ll need to meet all tour of the following criteria.
Own the home
The property must be your own. Manufactured homes are eligible.
Current on taxes & mortgage
Property taxes and mortgage payments must be up to date.
No bankruptcy in past 12 months
Older bankruptcies are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
No more than one derogatory credit event
One unpaid debt (90+ days) is acceptable. More than one may affect eligibility.
