Access your loan account information and make secure online payments!

The Online Client Portal allows SELF clients to have online access to their loan terms, payment history, and billing statements and, to run an amortization schedules and payoff amounts. Clients can also message securely with SELF regarding their loan

Through the Client Portal, SELF clients can also make one-time payments online.*

*To make payments online, you must be registered.
**If there is more than one borrower on your loan, each of you can follow these steps to get access individually.

Before registering, please read the instructions below.

1. Visit the Client Portal website

Click “Create New Account” on the login page.

Enter your name and email address, and set your password. Your password needs to be a minimum of 8 characters with mixed upper and lower case, at least one number, and at least one special character.

2. Check your email

Once you’ve registered, you will receive an automated email from info@downhomesolutions.com. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam box.

Click the link in the email to activate your account and log in.

3. Add a Loan

When you are signed up, log in, then click “Add Loan” on the home page. You will also be asked for the last four digits of your SSN or EIN, and the names of any other debtors on your loan. SELF will use that identifying information to confirm your identity.

4. Manage Your Information

While waiting for loan access from SELF, you will be able to log in, message with us, and update your contact information.

To message securely with a SELF Team Member, go to the “Messages” page.

To update your contact information, go to the “Profile” page. You will receive a second automated email from info@downhomesolutions.com. Once your updates are approved, go to the “Loans” page and click “Manage” on the right-hand side to see your loan.


You can also create your personal login by calling SELF at 772.468.1818 or you may come into the office and a customer representative will be glad to assist.

If you do not have online banking and would like to make a payment by phone, please call our office at 772-468-1818 and speak with Accounting. The first 3 payments over the phone are free of charge. There will be a $1.50 fee, per payment, following the 3rd call.
