Dawn McCoy-Kalsbeck

Underwriter

Dawn comes to SELF with an extensive Mortgage Operations and Underwriting background.  She has over 20 years of experience as a Mortgage Underwriter and has also served in multiple roles throughout her career including opening, closing, processing, and construction financing. She has a background as an Operations Manager and Regional Trainer and has consulted as a Subject Matter Expert for Mortgage Operations on multiple committees and projects, including the creation and execution of a proprietary Loan Origination System.

She is passionate about SELF’s mission to help underserved communities and is an avid dog lover who has participated in multiple rescue efforts.
