Known as the “fixer,” he is the person executives call when programs stall, compliance gaps appear, or enterprise integrations need to be executed quickly and securely. Chris’ leadership philosophy: Deliver clarity, structure, and measurable results in high-stakes environments. Whether integrating acquisitions, building compliance frameworks, or rescuing struggling programs, Chris brings the combination of strategic foresight and operational execution that enables organizations to thrive. Chris delivered $14.3M in software savings through cancellations, negotiations, license reductions, and cost avoidance while leading technology and security integrations for acquisitions to ensure compliance, continuity, and value realization; managed enterprise vendor security, third-party due diligence, and Security by Design programs, reducing SLA turnaround from 30 days to 3 days for product reviews and from 30 days to 5 days for due diligence. Chris has improved Deloitte-led NIST assessment scores, built and launched enterprise asset management systems, including SAP and ServiceNow, and supported NYDFS cybersecurity audits. He’s haped organizational objectives through annual planning workshops, cross-functional collaboration, and executive all-hands/off-site planning, and designed automation frameworks at Google using RPA and NPV-based business case modeling to defer costs and increase efficiency across global supply chain and hardware/software lifecycle operations.
