Andrew Baldwin
Director of Housing and Community Impact Fund
As Director of Housing and Community Impact (HCI), Andrew oversees SELF’s HCI lending for affordable and moderate-income housing development as well as SAGE program lending to emerging developers. He also oversees SELF’s activities in lending and facilitating financing for commercial solar and related developments. Andrew was previously the Chief Lending and Credit Officer with Partners for the Common Good, leading both on- and off-book lending for housing and community facilities, including Partners’ NMTC investments and select international initiatives. Previous to that, Andrew was Director of Loan Originations at CSH where he led a national team lending to supportive housing projects around the country. Andrew has degrees from George Washington and Harvard universities and lives with his family in the Washington, D.C. area.
