More relief on way in Miami-Dade to help solve housing crisis. A 70-million-dollar building blocks fund for housing being announced Friday by Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava where the county will contribute 15-milliion to the impact pool alongside 55-million in commitments from private and non-profit partners. Hialeah Mayor Esteban Bovo says the crisis is so bad people are doing all kinds of odd things to keep up. Others are living in metal tool sheds in their backyards. The Magic City is now one of the most expensive zip codes in the US with rents going up anywhere from 30-to-50-percent this year alone.
