Allison Yates, Operations and Underwriting Manager - Allison Yates, SELF’s Operations and Underwriting Manager, worked in the banking industry for eleven years in various levels of customer service, supervising, and compliance training on a corporate level. She began her involvement with SELF as subcontractor during the development of the basic lending policies. Since coming on staff full-time, her duties have included customer service, administration, data management and design, underwriting, loan maintenance, preparation and organizing board meetings and marketing, and web maintenance. As the organization evolves she will work under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer and will be primarily responsible for the management of the program’s overall operation, loan evaluations, collections, and credit reporting. Allison Yates is also the administrator for SELF’s management information system (MIS) called Outcome Tracker (OT).
